Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Consultant-

Divco, Inc. is looking for a Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales Consultant at our office in Kennewick, WA.  This is an “Outside Sales” position for the territory covering the Washington counties of Adams, Asotin, Benton, Franklin, Garfield, Walla Walla; and the Oregon counties of Baker and Umatilla.

Preferred applicants will have 2+ years of proven success in sales, OR 2+ years as a commercial HVAC technician.  Also, 2+ years of college education is preferred, but not mandatory.

Base salary plus commission!  Medical / Dental / 401K / Vacation.

Associated Construction, Inc is looking to hire a Construction Shop, Yard Manager.  This person will be responsible for procuring, loading and delivering tools, materials and supplies to various job sites.  Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Shop/Yard facility and perform selected facility maintenance.  This person will be required to perform light maintenance on tools, equipment and the company's fleet. 
The position may necessitate light carpentry and/or laborer duties at times.

 Qualifications are a general knowledge of commercial construction materials and tools and their specifications.  Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and have the ability to crouch, stoop, kneel and bend over to lift and move objects. A basic knowledge and use of a computer (spreadsheets, email, internet, etc.) is necessary. Must submit to a pre-employment drug test and receive a negative test result.

Certifications and License

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• CPR and First Aid Certification, or the ability to obtain

• CDL and OSHA 10 is preferred
