The Passing of the Gavel is a celebration of leadership, accomplishments, and the members who help drive our association forward. Join us as we recognize the achievements of the past year, thank our outgoing Board Chair for their service, and welcome our incoming Chair as we look ahead to the opportunities and goals of the coming year.

The Clay Shoot Competition is a month-long event held each Saturday in February, bringing together members for friendly competition, networking, and fun on the range. Funds raised support ABC's workforce development initiatives, helping build the next generation of construction professionals. The series concludes on the final Saturday with prizes, lunch, drinks, and the crowning of the overall competition winners.

The Meet the Generals is a unique opportunity to connect directly with general contractors, suppliers, and industry professionals in a relationship-focused setting. Through candid discussions, networking, and one-on-one conversations, attendees gain valuable insight into upcoming opportunities, what contractors are looking for in partners, and how to position their company for future success.

The Hockey Night brings members, guests, and families together for an evening of networking, camaraderie, and exciting hockey action. With exclusive access to a private viewing area, attendees can build relationships with fellow industry professionals while enjoying a fun and relaxed atmosphere away from the jobsite.

The Brush Strokes & Booze is a relaxed networking event that combines creativity, conversation, and relationship building. Members enjoy an instructor-led project while connecting with fellow industry professionals in a fun and casual environment, making it a great opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and meet new faces within the ABC community.

The Circling Raven Golf Tournament is one of the premier networking events of the year, bringing together contractors, suppliers, and industry partners for a day of relationship building and friendly competition. Beyond the golf course, the event supports ABC’s mission of advancing the merit shop construction industry and strengthening the future of free enterprise in construction.

The Political Action Awareness Fundraiser brings members together to learn about legislative issues impacting the construction industry while supporting ABC’s advocacy efforts. The event provides an opportunity to connect with fellow contractors, discuss policy priorities, and help advance initiatives that protect free enterprise, open competition, and the Merit Shop philosophy.

The Coeur d’Alene Cruise is a favorite summer networking event that combines great food, entertainment, and relationship building on the water. Members and guests enjoy an evening of conversation, games, and fun while connecting with fellow construction industry professionals in a relaxed setting.

The Sharp Shooters Networking Night offers a unique opportunity to connect with fellow ABC members in a fun and interactive setting. Combining friendly competition, great conversation, and relationship building, this event creates an enjoyable environment for strengthening business connections and expanding your network within the construction industry.

The Tri-Cities Handshakes & Happy Hour is a casual networking event designed to help members build meaningful relationships and make new industry connections. Whether you're looking to strengthen existing partnerships or meet potential customers, vendors, or future members, this event provides a relaxed atmosphere focused on conversation and business growth.

The ABC Golf Tournament is a long-standing tradition that brings together members, industry partners, and supporters for a day of networking, friendly competition, and relationship building. Proceeds from the event support ABC’s Government Affairs efforts, helping advance policies that protect and strengthen the merit shop construction industry.

The Silverwood Family Fun Day is an employee appreciation and family fun event that gives members the opportunity to spend quality time with their teams and loved ones outside of work. It's a day dedicated to celebrating the people who make our industry strong while creating lasting memories and strengthening company culture.

The Health & Safety Leadership Forum is a premier event for executives and leaders who want to strengthen their company’s safety culture and leadership impact. Through peer learning, strategic planning, and expert guidance, attendees gain practical tools to move beyond compliance and create a culture of accountability, engagement, and Total Human Health.
